What is an IV?
An IV is a small catheter that is inserted directly into your vein. This catheter allows the direct administration of fluids that are tailor-made to your needs.
Why IV Therapy?
Vitamins and minerals are absorbed through the body’s digestive tract. Through this process, there can be barriers to these nutrients reaching targeted cells. IV therapy allows for vitamins, minerals, and fluids to enter the bloodstream to target the cellular level that allows you to feel the effects immediately.
What goes into an IV?
Thrive formulas are compounded to treat a variety of health ailments. Each formula contains an isotonic solution packed with essential vitamins and minerals that are specific to the needs of each individual patient.
Who should use IV and injection therapies?
IV and injection therapies are for anyone 18 years of age and older who want to:
Live their life more optimally
End the cycle of thinking about illness every day
Improve their quality of life
Enhance their workout routine
Reverse physical and mental aging
Lose weight
Those with GI issues such as Crohn's, IBS, ulcerative colitis or prior gastric surgeries
What ingredients are in your IV infusions?
The most common ingredients that go into an IV infusion include:
Vitamins. The benefits of vitamins and antioxidants are essential in boosting energy levels, improving immunity, maximizing cardiac and neuromuscular function and reverse aging.
Minerals. Essential minerals can prevent cognitive decline, improve mood, balance hormones and reduce inflammation. The antioxidants within the Thrive formulas prevent cell damage and or cell death which help slow down the signs of aging.
Are IV and injection therapies safe?
IV infusions and injections are very safe.
All of our vitamins and minerals come from high quality sources and have been subjected to rigorous testing.
All IVs and injections are compounded and administered by a Nurse Practitioner.
All of our new clients must undergo an in-depth medical history and a physical exam before receiving IV infusions or injections.
How long will it take?
There are standard and express options available.
Express versions focus on less fluid volume while still getting all the vitamins and minerals, this takes approximately 30 minutes.
Standard infusions have larger volumes of fluid to aid in rehydration and take about 45-60 minutes.
How often should I get an infusion or injection?
The frequency of treatment is determined by the needs of the client. During the initial consultation, our medical staff will create a treatment plan customized to your needs and health and wellness goals.
Do you accept insurance?
This is a cash service at this time. Some insurances will cover IV therapy, in which case I can print off a superbill and you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
