About Thrive Hydration

Thrive Hydration and Wellness is an IV hydration and wellness clinic focused on helping people take control of their health beyond diet, exercise, and traditional medicine. Thrive Hydration and Wellness was founded by Acute Care Practitioner, Jessamine Sothard, with the goal of helping people improve their health and live a more energized life while helping them remain more resistant to disease by using safe, research based treatments.

I am an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Since graduating from Wright State University in 2017, I have worked for trauma-general surgery at a level 1 trauma center and served as voluntary faculty Clinical Professional Associate for the Boonshoft School of Medicine Department of Surgery. Along with Trauma and General surgery, I also work for Pulmonary Critical Care, Hospitalist, as well as clinical staff at a ketamine clinic for the treatment of mental health disorders. It is through this education and experience that it is evident that health promotion and disease prevention is essential.
I have gained a wealth of knowledge through clinical experience as well as continuing education on vitamin supplementation for health optimization and wellness. The better our immune system is optimized, the better it can function on every level. Optimization of nutrients has also been linked to improved chronic conditions, cognitive function, energy, and focus.
